El-Noble Eyes and Education Foundation (EL-NEEF) is a non-profit, non-governmental organization (NGO) duly registered under the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA) 2020 with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
The Foundation’s primary objectives include:
- Providing free medical care and vision support to indigent individuals and communities.
- Offering educational assistance and scholarships to underprivileged children and youth.
- Conducting skill acquisition and empowerment programs for sustainable community development.
2. Legal Status and Jurisdiction
EL-NEEF operates within Nigeria and in select African countries where partnerships or outreach activities are conducted.
All activities are governed by Nigerian law, particularly:
- The Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA) 2020
- The Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023
- The Cybercrimes (Prohibition, Prevention, etc.) Act 2015
